Our principal advisor, Carol Garrett, is a professional Insurance and Investment Advisor with 29 years experience in the UK and NZ finance industries.

Carol belongs to the Institute of Financial Advisers and participates in their ongoing professional development programmes. Our team is committed to complying with the Institute's Code of Ethics.

Carol also belongs to the Professional Advisers Association and regularly receives industry awards for quality performance and service.

She is a qualified Associate Life Underwriter and regularly earns a place at the Million Dollar Round Table, an institution recognised internationally as setting the standard for excellence in the life insurance and financial services industry.

Our Operations Manager, Gary Roberts, has over 30 years experience working in the corporate environment, much of it in the UK.

Gary has a vast network of British business connections on whom he draws in his work with UK Pension Transfers. His role is to ensure the smooth and seamless transfer and settlement processes.

Our Office Manager, Susan Drummond, joined UK Pension Transfers in February 2009. Susan has 20 years of administration experience and her role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide assistance with client enquiries.
